Angelina Crisdale
Co-Founder + Managing Director
Angelina is an accomplished recruiter with a track record of building great teams for her clients.
She has been using her recruitment skills to help jobseekers and employers for more than 16 years. Her personalised approach to achieving staffing solutions exceeds their expectations and she has an aptness for forming genuine professional relationships and a trusted rapport.
Angelina is passionate about taking the time to understand her clients’ business, identify their key attributes and stress points and then create a bespoke solution that meets their staffing needs.
Angelina’s extensive knowledge of different industries across Perth has helped her achieve outstanding results for candidates and companies, including Preferred Client Agreement (PCA) opportunities and exclusive working agreements with many clients.
FUN FACT: Although Angelina has a massive double walk-in closet, her clothes and shoes are nowhere near able to fit. Our Managing Director fortunately has a very large home where she is able to utilise many closets for her extensive clothing and shoe collection. Imelda Marcos has nothing on our MD!
Rob Crisdale
Co-Founder & Director + Finance & Payroll
For more than 20 years, Rob ran his own business and earned a reputation as an outstanding operator in his industry, before joining wife Angelina to build a successful recruitment brand.
His prior experience helps him identify with the challenges his clients face – the highs and lows of running a business and the impacts of a changing economy.
He brings to the role a wealth of knowledge of core business fundamentals, including managing finances, recruitment, and the importance of customer service.
Rob continues to implement effective structure, processes and procedures for Crisdale Recruitment Group and delivers an exceptionally high level of service.
FUN FACT: Rob loves car racing – so much so that he even has his own simulator car and competes nationally. He’s also a really, really good cricketer and represents WA in the Indoor Cricket Nationals.
Laura X
Client Liaison Officer
Laura has had an incredible long career in hairdressing and although this has been her passion for over a decade, Laura wanted a change in direction and has always wanted to move into recruitment giving her the opportunity to utilise her personal and organisational skills at a corporate level.
After seeking some advice from Angelina, they decided that she would be a great fit for both Crisdale & Blue Stampede. This decision has proven to be a valuable one for our team.
Our clients and candidates love Laura’s commitment and energy that she brings to our office. She is a refreshing happy person and her positive demeanour and enthusiasm makes us very fortunate to have her onboard.
